Each Rich Women Sisterhood™ Chapter is free to adopt their methods of giving, and who they would like to serve. And the Rich Women Sisterhood, as an international organzation, will focus on different causes through monthly Giving Back themes. This is designed to be a resource for bettering the world.

The September 2008 Rich Women Giving Back Campaign is focused on the country of Darfur and the burden that genocide is having on women and families.
